Did Boris order people to be sent back to the care homes ?

No he didn't, so why does he get blamed for it ?

And Whupsy, I am telling you, it was the civil servants who threw those parties, I mean OK in hindsight he should have stopped them, but hindsight is a wonderful thing isn't it
