How can there be poverty today on the scale it was prior to the sixties when the benefit system was nothing like it is today.

Many of the so called poverty of today in cities like Bradford and many other towns and cities has a lot to do with a way of life connected to alcohol, drugs, cigarette smoking etc.

Even here in Wigan!
