So if people like myself, who do not like the candidate of one of the two major parties and you will never vote for the other major party under any circumstances and see no other candidates on the ballot form you like, you considered them to be the sheep for not voting.

Sorry, but in my book, the sheep are those who vote for a candidate, even if that candidate may not be the best person for the position, a example of which is the Wigan Constituency and may be a reason why many abstain from voting at election time.

Perhaps, if people are not happy with any of the candidates in a Constituency or a Ward, a box with the word "abstain" should appear on the ballot form.

That would at least show that they have participated in a ballot!
