A lot of cyclist during the day time wear dark clothing and some don't wear a helmet or have a bell fitted to their cycle Tom you used to ride motorbikes and you were advised to use your headlight so you could be seen. Today even cars are fitted with side lights which come on automaticially whilst driving .I thought if you cannot see a car what chance have you got of seeing a cycle.
