I have just e-mailed and posted a letter to my M.P . asking her to bring the question up in parliament and that is ," That cyclist's should be forced to pay some type of tax to ride on the Highway's of England ,also at the same time i am strongly in favour of the cyclist 's paying some sort of insurance for should they cause an accident plus damage to other road user's then if they were to be found at fault one would be able to claim from them , i think this is a fair and just way for them to be treated this way ,, oh by the way ,"Have a nice day " GB.
