Perhaps we in England should also have a devolved parliament like they have in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland in order to get free prescriptions for all.

Free prescriptions have kept the Poison Dwarf and the Scottish National Party in power for the last few years and decimated support for the Tory and Labour parties.

But, if we had a Party like Scotland and Australia with the word National in it, there would be uproar!
