Not really Tom, the best and most powerful engines burn hydrogen and oxygen, and that only produces water, but it takes energy to make hydrogen and oxygen, so they are not carbon neutral, and also engines which run on hydrogen and oxygen are expensive to build.

A popular design is to use kerosene (paraffin) and oxygen, the old Saturn Five used that fuel and oxidiser combination.

What we need Tom, is for scientits to find out how these UFOs are powered, although it appears to be an ant gravity propulsion system, it is obvious that these UFOs are not really there in a physical sense, because they don't interact with the surrounding atmosphere, but sometimes they appear on radar, which suggests that they are there in a physical sense, but we just don't know, and it is about time we did know how they work.
