"There's a sign up in highfield grange warning of SERIOUS congestion starting in Feb 2022, So something else is about to start soon"

According to the plans they are constructing build outs on Poolstock Lane, and marking out parking bays, same as they did on Rose Hill, Gidlow Lane etc
They will be on Poolstock Lane, from Carr Lane/St Pauls Avenue to the bottom island at Marus Bridge
