GB the council are trying to get motorist to use the new dual carriageway and will pull out every trick to stop them using Poolstock . I don't know why they did not go the whole hog and just put signs up banning vehicles except for access and they could have saved a fortune on these wacky road works. Has far as narrowing the road near to a bus stop the idea is to hold traffic up till the bus is ready to move
