Got an E-mail from Eon asking me to send them meter readings even thou I have Smart meters. I phoned them up and told them I don't know how to read the meters(I have read all the instructions on line to no avail) they said there was widespread faults with smart meters in AUGUST. Said it is now November they said it takes 90days to clear the fault They reset my meters and reduced my payment down from £91 to £69 and when I checked their quote that had been reduced by £10 a month?
