It seems that the row of houses and the Tudor House Pub are under threat of demolition, well the Tudor House is the only thing worth saving there, because the rear of those houses in Frog Lane have always been an eyesore, and they give a very shoddy impression of Wigan to visitors arriving in Wigan via the bus station, they are embarrassing, and the rear of the properties on Market Street, also in view of the bus station, are scruffy.
