I will tell you what it is, and that is that it is 'Over The Top' (OTT) because in the first place in the 1980s, building a shopping centre the size of The Galleries, for a town the size of Wigan, was 'Over The Top' it should have been built about a third of the size, and built around a new Market Hall, not shoving the new Market Hall in the corner, out of the way.

And now they are doing it again, in building loads of flats, which no one will want to live in, so it is the 'Over The Top' thing again.
