Exactly, cheshirecat. I doubt there'll be any Chinese workers at all. It'll be headed by the Chinese government. However, the Chinese government will do nothing, apart from put their name to the project. They'll simply be investors. but what will they actually 'invest'? I'd suggest nothing at all. They'll just leave everything to others, they'll just 'take a cut'.
When you see how many 'projects' the UK government are allowing the Chinese government to 'oversee', it's clear that all they're doing is taking revenue from the UK into China. For nothing.

It happens a lot. It's called 'corruption'.

What's up with the UK government 'overseeing' the projects while doing 'nothing at all' and investing 'nothing at all', simply taking a cut?
Why can't they say, "right, this project will be overseen by ..... errrr., .... the NHS"! then let the NHS take the cut?
