Peter I agree with most of that except the cycle lane bit, As a cyclist myself I see more and more cyclists getting about on bikes and when the weather gets warmer you motorists will be moaning about us slowing your journeys down, Also we need those lanes to protect us from the unobservant motorist who phones/text while at the wheel, I ve a few close calls of late, cycle lanes are the future, they are environmentally friendly, people friendly, healthy and fun,
