Don't be a muppet, quaifying for a blue badge has nothing to do with affordability, it is all about access.

When in my 20's I was informed that I qualified for a blue badge myself and probably still do today. I refused as I thought it unnecessary as I felt that I did not need the extra benefit the Blue badge offered and left it to the more deserving members of society.

Many disabled people have plenty money and can afford to pay for parking and many have little money and cannot......the same as the members of wider society.

As far as me being a tool, it seems that you aren't the sharpest knife in the drawer now doesn't it!
