I hadnt noticed it had gone until you have just mentioned it. maybe one of those rejects complained about naming and shaming the possibly culprit.
But the Wigan council are pleased that I spent the trouble letting them know about this eyesore and they eventually will get back the Wigan residents money for the cost of the removal.
