Unfortunately police only.. The reason being at times the speed limits were exceeded to reflect a persuit situation etc. 6 weeks of non stop razzing.. 3 students to an instructor.. Changing places at the front every 15 minutes. Enjoyed it.. But it was a grueller... Kept me in good stead all these years by sticking to what I was taught. The No1 rule of many
