Dougie, please explain how you going for a test to St.Helens can, possibly, benefit 300,000 people that live in the Wigan Borough ?
How can it benefit 300,000 people that live in the Wigan borough, if you were tested in Blackpool, or Coventry for that matter?

Negative result / Positive result. Things will remain the same in Wigan borough.
