maybe carp fishermen tommy s strokes, they usually park near highfield skool and push effin big barrows full of tackle down the paths, the new road gives them options, they dress in camo's cos its vogue to do so, They think the carp will not see them,
I've heard them talking to each other, they say " they're not daft those carp" and i once heard one say " you need to be sharp to outwit them" , They camp out all weekend in the quest to outwit these clever carp, at least they are not flouting the social distance guidelines,
