That's not surprising, people are understandably apprehensive at approaching the selfish and/or possibly unpredictable elements of society (unless of course you had an exemption, in which case you have my sympathies for being unfairly judged).

The problem is, it is impossible to tell whether someone is simply inconsiderate, irresponsible or have a genuine excuse/reason. In which case, those of us who are holier than thou/responsible citizens must offer the benefit of the doubt.

Maybe a badge would avoid uncertainty.
