It’s an absolute bl**dy nightmare trying to work out when to put your mask on and take it off.
My current system when we do our ‘big shop’ at the supermarket is this.
Wash hands, dry and put on mask.
Get in car, drive to Tesco and shop.
Leave mask on and drive home.
Get in house, wash hands and remove mask with thumb and first finger tips very carefully.
Place mask in foot operated pedal bin.
Wash hands.
The reason for putting the mask on in the house is that the moment you get in the car, your hands could be dirty off the steering wheel and door handles.
I clean the steering wheel and door handles quite often, but not every day, it’s a faff.
The reason for washing hands when you get home is you’ve been touching dirty surfaces and you don’t want to touch any part of your face with dirty hands.
Then a final hand wash cos you’ve handled a dirty mask.
Am I paranoid or just a hygiene freak!!!!!! LOL
