have they moved all that fencing between the carriageways at the chapel lane end ? they were still there at 12 noon and there were no workmen on site, they will not open it with then still there, then there are miles of fencing along the woods, all the fencing to keep Thick mick off the cycle lane as well, I still think its gotta be Monday at the soonest,
