Fat Mick..I was a Police Motorcyclist (In a previous life) never ever rode 2 abreast..I did all the Royal Escorts..VIP'S from all over the world. Numerous Cat 'A' escorts etc etc..I said previously a minority get us all tarred with the same brush...another marvellous invention is the interior mirror/wing mirrors.Trouble is some drivers dont use them. The average biker will have his headlamps on to announce his arrival. Too many drivers are oblivious to their surroundings. I always respect the cyclist and give them a wide berth.
