I remember when the hand held ones first came out I was coming home from work and overtook a car above the limit, then glanced to my left and saw a copper with a camera in his hand crouched down, hiding at the front of his minivan. Waited and waited but never heard a thing about it, must have been the car blocking his signal (my lucky day)
