Well, the current situation has got me to dust down and set up my bread maker machine once again.

It had been in regular use, but for a little while now, I have had a regime of an early morning walk into city centre to buy fresh bread. It is better than the machine produces, though the latter is OK. Not brill, but passable.

I'm down to cans of soup in my larder, so really would like some bread with the soup.

The flour was 'Best by Sept 2018' It was very clumped. ie lumpy!

It will be ready about 10-30, plus maybe half an hour to cool.

I do so hope that it will be edible!
