Two photos of empty shop doorways and .... 'I aint seen any'.. isn't proof of anything.

As stated earlier I'll let other people make their minds up that, in a day and age were we need a minister for homelessness and one for suicide in a borough with nearly 300,000 people in it, and after reports of record rough sleepers in that borough by several different organisations, the chances of seeing rough sleepers in shop doorways is as "likely as seeing someone doing naked cartwheels down Standishgate".
