www.timepix.uk has a fascinating collection of old photographs & it’s growing!

We mapped 766 new (old 1950s) photos of Wigan this month, finding shops, houses, railways, industrial works, canals and a number of local residents getting themselves into the photos. Curious children, some of them very tiny, were out and about on the streets and of course many of those old terraced houses have since been demolished.The photos are searchable by surname, street name and keyword.
