The estimated cost in the re-tendering documentation, linked too in this topics starting post, is 14 million pounds, which would fit in with the extra costs on top of the 11 million pound disputed Galliford Try tender, so where does the Wigan Evening Post get the 21.5 million pounds figure they mention.

Sounds like WEP crap to me
