Hooch.

Replied: 28th Aug 2012 at 23:25

Posted by: i-spy (15252)

from the Grocer magazine:(July)

Retro alcopop Hooch is returning to shelves – almost a decade after it was last available in the UK.
Global Brands is re-launching the original lemon RTD, renowned for its sharp lemon taste, with the new tagline, ‘Refreshment with Bite’.
The company has struck a licensing agreement with Molson Coors to distribute Hooch in the UK and has reworked the brand to make it more relevant for the current generation of drinkers.

still cant find it.

I knew it was alcohol.

I think Hooch was a victim of the newspaper headlines of the day. Ridiculous really when you consider the amount of alcopops now on the shelves - all of which are too expensive for kids to buy anyway.

Couldn't help but giggle over:

'One judge blamed alcopops after a boy of 14 set fire to his school after drinking Hooch'.

'I was at University 93-98. This drink alone increased the number of women I met there by a factor of 10.'

From Here
