It could drive some people to despair. It has to stop.

Jack Harper, the conductor in 'On The Buses' practically had a catchphrase,, along the line of:

"As shop steward, I'm here to inform you that..(whatever rules had been agreed on)"

'The MAC Report ... concluded that migrants from inside the EU, including Eastern Europe, have 'little or no impact on the native employment rate'.

Wait till I see that MAC!

Just noticed.

Bentlegs forgot to mention that the fellow in the joke was carrying a scaffolding tube.

The bugger let me down.

I had hoped he'd put that pic on the thread, and I buried my comment on this one. I would have then commented "I knew you were going to do that" with a link to here.

Then, whilst revelling in my plot, I was going to berate him for not having the new council logo on the flag.

Ah well.

Flag-rant behaviour, Dostaf.!

There's some lovely flags (UK & NI I think) out at the moment in Wigan. Wiend and Hallgate.

Each features a harp a saltire St George's cross x2 and a lion in the centre.

I've not seen those yet, Dostaf.

I don't think the flags of Wallgate have made any real improvement there, but I'll not harp on about it.

True, Mache.

I think a poll on King Street would flag up that people are appalled.

King Street is filthy. It needs to clean up its act.
