England beat Bulgaria

Started by: fossil (7728)

To my mind a better result than performance and I thought Rooney and Cahill were outstanding!
The defence was ok,but the midfield was iffy,Parker was better in the second half but a great talent like Young is better out wide.
Bring on the welsh team next week

Are you going down to Wembley fossil. Some bargain tickets still available. Only saw about ten minutes of the match, not really mad on internationals

Rio,
No I am going to Blackpool
The riots spoiled my last trip with the family, when the game was cancelled!
Where are the bargain tickets available?
By the way did you enjoy the trip to Wembley?

fossil, yes had a good trip. Only went down for the day but bumped into several people who I hadn't seen for a while. Never ceases to amaze me that every time you go to the Rugby Final the amount of folk you seem to bump into
Oh and by the way enjoyed the game as well
Also the new Ibis hotel looks very handy for overnights

To me, nothing but overpaid prima donnas who fail to perform yet again.....Wait till they get through. I think they should save a few bob and book an eary flight back.

it tells us that rugby league only play at wembley once a year, football is played on loads of occasions so you can have a choice, some rugby fans save up all year and go and watch any team that is playing, wembley is a big day out for rugby fans, football fans are used to it.

Which football fans are "used to it"? You do talk twaddle lad. And, how many football games have been played at Wembley this year? What do you class as loads? and seeing as you didn't answer broady, i'll ask you, when were you last at wembley?
