Scottish Football

Another good night for clubs north of the border. The laughable part is that people are always saying they would take the Premier League by storm.

both the top two 'premier' Scottish sides lost against 'minor' European opponents – these two teams would struggle in the Championship let alone the Premiership

To be fair the top two teams were able to cope against any premiership teams a few years ago,but the loss of the Setanta money was devastating to the SPL.

It could happen to English sport if Sky tightens it's purse strings, and it might just have the same effect on teams and other sports south of the border!

fossil to be fair even before setanta you could pick the two teams that would finish 1st or 2nd.

Kellysdad is it not the same in England, When did anybody else barring Chelsea & United win the league of late. Course we could have City now with all their money, but nobody else.
