Been to a family do tonight and the relatives knowing i have a bit of a soft spot for latics asked me about their future prospects.

It just got me thinking about our seventh season in the premiership and what an achievement it is.City spending 38 million on a player,Utd and Liverpool making major investment and yet Wigan Athletic are still in there fighting.

Dafty Duck,i've supported the Latics in all four divisions.As explained earlier i was a toddler when they came into the league.

Also a lot of our fan are kids,so they probably have only supported us in the championship and the premiership because they weren't born when we were in the lower divisions.

tom every games a good game when the scoreline reads 3 to the tics 1 to the oppo.

a better game than i thought it would be tom,it's just a friendly though, so you can't read to much into it,moses was man of the match for me and wigan did play well,lots of changes by both sides couple of trialist for wigan plus a couple of young lads for wigan
