is Wembley double header a good idea ?

Saty Nov 5 Four Nations : Wales v New Zealand (1pm), England v Oz (3.30).
No game at DW - but England v Wales at Leigh SV on Oct 29.

no because it will be played in front of a paltry number of fans 
it wont be a very good advert for the game in a half empty venue
