At the end of the day we would all move to a different job if we thought it had better prospects and the money was better.

It was the same at the end of last season. Don't know why any of the top five haven't snapped him up. No point moving to Newcastle or Sunland as they're not going to win anything. I would even predict they both will be battling it out with us in the bottom half next season.
