just quit fulham, stating...

"I would also like to clarify neither myself or rep'ive have been approached by another club.Decision not influenced by 3rd party."

Could Roberto Martínez get dragged into this merry go round or will he stay loyal to Wigan and repay whelan's faith?

If Villa think they were in trouble before, they are in for a shock.

Bob will not be leaving the latics because Uncle Dave will not get another manager on Championship wages. In tonight's post he is only prepared to pay "Wigan Wages" not daft Premiership wages. So we can all be prepared for more Lonee's next season

I have not seen tonights article Rio,
If it was like your mischievous post of two days ago,you didn,t quote the article by Paul Kendrick as it was written ,you put your biased slant on it as usual
And the heading was"Whelan predicts quiet summer"!

If a Football Manager says that then that is the end of it. I have never known a Manager to tell porkies. They are all as honest as the day is long!!!

Fossil, a genuine question. How much do you think Latics should pay to get Al Habsi on a long term contract or do think we should go for a cheaper option. I honestly think after his heroics this season, Uncle Dave should be prepared to get the cheque book out and make every effort to keep him. Obviously others such as Zog and co need sorting out but for me Al Habsi is the main man because we spend a lot more time defending than attaching.

Not well up on it but to stay mid to top table wouldn't you have to bring in new players.

Who do you think will be Latics keeper next season?

My opinion Al Habsi will be at Wigan,at the right price hopefully.
I thought he was ok but not as good as Bolton now make him out to be

Al Habsi is worth every penny that the Wanderers get for him afer his heroic displays that kept the Latic's in the Premiership.

Well - I will eat my words - the other day I posted that Mark Hughes was on his way to Villa - the word is now that he is on his way to Chelsea.
