Seve Ballasteros

It seems that one of the finest golfers of the modern age may be losing his battle against a brain disease.
His family made a disclosure today that his condition has deteriorated,I for one hope that this great sportsman may once again pull through,my thoughts and prayers are for him and his family.

Spot on Jay. A great golfer and always seemed to be a nice, regular sort of a guy.

A friend of mine was diagnosed with this condition a few months ago. He was suffering what appeared to be severe depression, electric shock treatment was considered, but he had to have a brain scan before this could be done, that's when they discovered the cancer. He was rushed to Hope Hospital and an operation was conducted to try to remove the tumour. After that, his life seemed to improve, he took an interest in stuff again. Treatment, it's ongoing...........

I have just seen on the news that Seve passed away during the night .
RIP Seve.
