Well done Liverpool

Thoroughly deserved that win at Arsenal and another cup final.
Very impressed by the goalie and Trent Alexander Arnold.

Fossil

And without top players in the African Cup of Nations.

Led by a outstanding Captain in Henderson and a great Centre Back in Van Dyke, following in the footsteps of others like Yeats, Lloyd and Hansen etc.

There's no doubt ,that without the early hiccups they would be right up there with City......

They are up there with City Frecky.

All it needs is for them to win their game in hand, city lose one and draw one of their last sixteen games, then Liverpool beat City at the Etihad and Liverpool are level on points.

It's not over yet!

Liverpool currently 5-2 to win the league. Worth a punt if you really think they have a chance.

Just wondering if oyears has a a few sovs on the berties lifting the C L trophy given he is forever describing them as champs.
He may shy away from betting but 11- 4 is surely tempting to such an ardent supporter.

Nah Grim,

If you have a bet you want to be excited about that bet coming in. Although I would be happy for it to come in, I would be pretty apathetic about them winning a knockout trophy that a fourth place finisher could win.

Now, I wish I had had a bet on them becoming the real CHAMPIONS, that is The PREMIER LEAGUE CHAMPIONS this season (and the last, and the two in the three years before that) !

Handsomeminer

Correct, as how many times in extra time, do you see no more goals or a team score a goal only for the other team to equalise.

If they have to play extra time, why not a 'Golden Goal' like the 'Golden Point' in Rugby League.

Owd Codger,I am a season ticket holder at the Latics, so no preference apart from I would rather see a northern team win over a southern team.
That is any northern team, including Man Utd.
I must admit I love the way Man City play!

Most probably TC .....City will have to keep their nerve to win the Prem, but there's plenty going on in the top four, and plenty matches to play, so owt can happen....
