The maximum City have spent on an individual player is £64m and even that was with Otamendi going in part exchange so City are hardly keeping utd from spending big on players. Look at Pogbad, he cost vastly more than our record signing so to say that utd won't get a player because City have alot of money is incorrect.

City have a record of spending alot of money on many individual players and turning them into superstars, which is why we have the biggest and best squad in the Premier League.
