POGBA

Started by: broady (inactive)

Am I alone in thinking it is time United got shut. A top match last night and in my eyes he did zilch. Someone who reportedly wants a £500,000 a week contract should be grabbing that game by the scruff of the neck. Certainly Keene or Robson would have been in the midst of everything whereas Pogba strutted about.

I think he is over rated, very sulky when he can't get his own way, I say get shut and get a player that gives 100%.

No, give him the contract.

yoonited screwed themselves up completely by giving Sanchez ridiculous wages in a silly attempt to get one over on The Champions. Just as they did to stop wooney defecting. The sort of unprofessional act Peter Swales would have done in his time. As a result every team member now wants parity.

Long may the disharmony continue.

I am not blaming Pogba for today’s defeat but yet again he was, apart from one very good long ball, anonymous. Not helped by a dire performance from his team mates but as they keep saying when they are bumming him up “ he is a World Cup winner” He should be grabbing games by the scruff of the neck. If we were each to nominate six players United should cull I think a lot of names would be in the frame.

Obviously Young, Herrera, Valencia, Matic, Jones, Rojo, Darmian. Maybe Pogba, Sanchez and Smalling. I know that is a lot of players but Martial and Fred could be added to that also.

An extensive list broady .
I do concur re Young,Valencia,matic,jones,darmian.

I would add lingard and martial and pogba .

A wholesale clear out .

Take the leash off some of the outstanding talent from the academy and under 23s .
Write off this season .
Top signings in summer and be well prepared for next season.

Pogba was meant to be the go to player .the player who could lift the team if things got a bit dodgy
The Roy Keane type figure in midfield .The robbo type .
Do me a favour .
Not fit to lace the boots of those two.
Against everton he got lost on purpose .
No fight .no spirit .no leadership .a cop out .

Rid him.let him go to R M if they want him .
Never thought i would react like this given my 60 odd years of being a utd fan.
Enough is enough and that goes for all the other buggers who pranced about v everton as though it was a 5 a side game at carrington.

Grimshaw,, correct. I've been saying since the Jose days, pogba is a spoilt brat when he can't get his way and other players listen to him, Jose got hounded out and won two trophies in 2 and half seasons with this team, he had to play 2 holding midfielders every game because he knew the difference was rubbish.some of United signings have been disasters, who the scout was for these players needs sacking.

The problem for united now is getting shut of players on massive wages Sanchez half a million pounds a week, who would pay him them wages now, the best thing united imo could do now is get on the phone to raffa at newcastle see if they could talk him into coming, the jobs to big for ogs.

TC,
I said that before. McGuire and the Liverpool full back (Robertson I think) were plying their trade at the other end of the M62 so why did no United scout's pick them up?

Diston, You are correct. If Sanchez can't get into a mediocre United team who will want him especially on his mega salary. A lot of horse trading to be done in the summer. Rojo is another. I believe he is on 160,000 a week and is behind Jones in the pecking order. What does that say about him?

You question folks like woodward who has overseen the sacking of three managers .
Long as the glazers are taking millions out the club with help from woodward they wony give a toss .

He clearly dosnt trust the likes of maguire ,lindelof etc etc so he plays slow coach matic and scotty mac as two holding players leaving the midfield well short of any creativity.
What was he doing playing Shaw in this vital game ,given he had been out for weeks and was clearly lacking match fitness.

He is the worst advert for any schoolkid to try and emulate ,he is bone idle ,lazy, not a team player etc ,etc my sincere wish is that United finally wake up and get shut of hin this january 21 ad keep hold of the coffers until they can find someone who wants to come and play for united . On another point please OGS get rid of FRED he is another utterly waste of space when one looks back at a ROY KEANE one shudders at seeing him in midfield .or anywhere else !

I would run thro a brick wall to play for united or any team but when you see him he gives an impression of( i dont give a toss ) again just not good enough . I redicted they would go out at this stage and they did , if /if they had goten thro to last 16 they would have failed even then ,to solve united;s problems is just one they have somehow to get rid of those AWFUL DREADFUL GLAZIERS and no matter how we want the good times back that will never happen ( IN MY OPINION ) UNTIL THEY GO ,as fro the derby i shudder at the result but as they can lightening strike twice ( i hope so) but really no !! stay safe all . After all my criticism of Pogba I have to admit he has scored a couple of good goals recently. Tonight’s was an exceptional strike. Well done. Good to see the top of the tree but anything can happen yet. It is halfway through the season and nine teams have topped the table.

PS Of course that oft mentioned team from the Midlands aren’t one of the nine.

Beginning to think OGS puts names in a hat and makes a draw for the team. However I think Fred and McTominay have sellotape attached to them. I thought they did play with more speed about their game today. If Sancho can’t get in the team now how will he go on when Rashford is fit? Pogba contributed nothing in the short time he was on the pitch.

Well having just finished reading the article that the PRICK paul pogba wrote in today's morning paper ,in which he disrespects the club that has signed him twice and before Ronaldo came , was the highest paid player. For him to make those damning remarks about Jose Mourinho a world class manager , then to slang off Ralph Rangnick also is for me a step too much. He says Jose made him miserable, Rangnick for poor tactics and not playing him in his best position .What a joke how many time has this prima donna declared himself not fit especially at christmas time where he genarally goes awol for a month or two. Has he never asked if he himself is not one of the reasons we have fell away from Man City / L/POOL and other's ???/ He also claims "" The Reds Have Failed Him """ IS IT NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND HE HAS FAILED UNITED ?????

I have said on here many, many time before my ill-feeling towards him and now my feelings have turned out to be correct !! My only wish, hope, prayer , is that now my great club MANCHESTER UNITED do the correct thing and finally draw a line under this very sad episode SACK HIM WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT !!! He has never ever been a MAN .U player so this new guy we have PLEASE PULL THE TRIGGER AND FIRE HIS ASS ,.......GB
