Mayor Cobley - Wigan

Started by: christi (206)

Would anyone have a photograph(or advice on obtaining one) of Mr. Thomas Cobley, Mayor of Wigan around 1957(not sure on exact year) He used to support the RSPCA as one of his causes and held an Open Day at the Old Town Hall.

Hi I am sure the Library will have one. Pop into the reference library and ask. Just checked the directories I have. Unfortunately( Sod's law )1957 is missing. At the beginning of each directory is a photograph of the mayor.
