Looking for info

Hi all an looking to find some information about a man from Wigan that owned an Indian restaurant in the town in the 70s it was called the New Delhi his name was ronnie adhikary and his partner was Betty I've read a few things on this site about the place and it was very well known at the time , well the gentleman in question is my sisters dad she only met him once when she was 2 , our mam passed away a year ago and my sister would love to know if he is still alive or if he had any other children we live in the north east of England in teesside so dont know Wigan at all or would know were to start, so I'm asking on here if anyone would know anything i know my sister would be over the moon thank you

The records show a Betty Adhikary born in 1938 died in 1999 in Bromley, Kent.

There are no records for a Ronnie Adhikary

Hi thanks I dont think that's the one as I'm not sure they were married well they weren't at the time in the 70s Betty's surname was ullah ( I think ) and Ronnie's real name wasn't ronnie it was an Indian name something like anantacoba ( sp)

There’s an Ananta K Adhikary listed in the 2013 electoral roll in Bromley, Kent.
