Street finding

Hi just a quick message as I cant seem to find a street that was in Pemberton in 1893 the street i think was Sargenson street (think that's how its spelt) this was on a marriage certificate I have . I have looked on the street list and i can't seem to find it or anything that's close to the spelling xx

Sarginson Street is in the street lists under'stuff' on this site.

Hi lilicangel18, if you go onto ex downallgreeners 12 thread further down places you will see map I have put on, then head for Newtown and you will see Sarginson st running along side of soho st, hope this helps you.

On the modern map, google, Sarginson Street would be .... Right Here!

Thanks for all your help its nice to imagine where your x3 great grandparents lived in 1893 before they moved down to the streets around wallgate (to many to list ) next is to find them before 1901 census stay safe and thankyou xx
