In a General Election you are voting for a Government who will govern for five years, if after three years, you decide that the country got it wrong, you cannot say that you want another General Election, because the country didn't know what it was voting for three years earlier

I think the government exercised their option to call an election at a time of their choice in their term of office. Seem to recall they expected an easy win and start a new five year term. Didn’t work out that way hence they turned to DUP to keep them in power.

Maybe they exercised their option by listening to the publics opinion? And it backfired on them good style.

90% of the folk I spoke to ( and before someone throws his size 10's in) in my weeks spent in Tenerife since the referendum voted because of concerns over Immigration. They, like me, neither understand nor concern themselves over tariffs, import duties etc.

Have the price of new cars dropped anyway whilst in the EU. Tourism is Spain's third biggest earner, employing the most people and the UK accounts for almost 25% of their visitors. Will that cease? No way and if the prices increase visitors will go somewhere else.

That is while we are in the EU.

People will still go to Spain as its cheap to get there.

Albert has a bar in Magaluf. He gets lots of good boozers in his gaff. They like a drink good spenders. Shots, shorts, chasers etc. The till is rolling over! And Albert is well pleased as he has changed the till roll paper three times

On the other hand Ronnie has a bar just further up.
His punters just want a glass of Prosecco or a cocktail ( which they may take two hours to drink!) and if there are no free nuts placed on the table, they might treat themselves to a bag of Lays.
