Cheer up Billy!
Come on try to get in the spirit of things.Put your tree up and your lights and buy a cd of carols because i bet it will not be long before Christmas is banned. In some towns you cant mention the word 'Christmas'. If Wigan council started with any funny games like that, i will be the first complaining.

Ann, why bother buying christmas cards, most computer users have a printer, why not get some free open source software and print your own.

I went to Botany Bay 2 weeks ago (August) and they had the whole top floor decked out with Christmas Decos! I did a u-turn.

I posted this when Brian was on about it a few weeks ago there was a radio programme from Radio Lancashire where big C was coming to open Botany Bay Christmas extravaganza on all the third floor, he arrived in a helicopeter, excuse my french ,was whisked off in a sleigh where he was introduced to a lot of school kids wherby Christmas was officially declared upon us. This was some time in August you can probably find the thread if you want, For myself im scanning the airwaves for the first Easter Promotion, cant be too far off

Wise counsel generally accepts the birth of christ at around August, September or October, not the twenty fifth of December. have the shops got it right or wrong.
