Thankyou all. For those of you a bit confused i start my treatment at Christies tomorrow. I'm not staying in this time i'm just having a tester dose and then a body scan on tuesday. I get my big blast on the 14th. Will keep you all informed and thanks for your support.xxx

Just returned from holiday I hope your treatment goes well
You do appear to have a positive outlook I wish you all the best and I will be thinking of you.
My mum had a double mastectomy in her 60s and after treatment she was ok and lived till she was 86 with no return of the cancer!!

Bless you all.just redaing your postings keeps me motivated and strong. Went to Christies this morning for a small dose of Radiation. When you see all those people suffering and in you walk looking a picture of health you feel a bit of a fraud. Anyway, it was really straight forward today, just had to sit in front of an x ray type machine and drink about an inch of clear tastless fluid through a straw and that was it!! Back tomorrow for a scan. Today i had 30mg next week i'm having 3800mg!!! oh my god, i'll be illuminous:)] Keep in touch all of you and thanks again for your support.xx
