The International Baccalaureate

Given the number of A-level passes, are these exams becoming to easy now? Should they be replaced by the International Baccalaureate?

Probably are becoming too easy judging by the results.

I must admit, I hadn't heard of the International Baccalaureate. Hope I'm not the only one, lol. Here is an explanation.
