it was springtime when I got back from the UK last week, now its instant winter again and the crocuses are buried!

If you got any ice this weekend, I will have some of that please, gonna have a few pals round it'll go nice with a gin n tonic .

i'm with emp on this one,prefer the ice for a nice gin and tonic or vodka or tia maria just with ice.i sound like a right boozer and i'm always driving so the only time i have a drink is sat night but i certaintly help fill the till then.

hey plum have you tried a 'little guiness'?
My mum put me onto these, its tia maria and a shot of baileys on top, leave it a few minutes and they seperate to look like a little guiness.Its lovely stuff, I gave other half's mum one at xmas, she had half the church ladies drunk on em by new year.

Welll! the spring snow actually stopped!!

Its been snowing since last Tuesday non-stop...maybe spring IS just around the corner...not hold my breath!!!

My two springer spaniels love it!!

britboy,shame the snow has stopped for you, i'd be gutted!

Oh I wasn't bothered about the snow melting, already had 3 months of snow on the ground...when I came home from the holiday in the UK on March 30th after two weeks away,the snow was all gone and it was heading for spring time.

But in this area the snow hasn't really disappeared until the end of April and into May, people start getting cabin fever up north here and hoping for spring!

Marquette Mountain had closed for the season but had to re-open again when we got the present snow..an instant 3feet/1metre take ya pick!LOL

The locals say there are only two seasons up here... winter and the 4th of July!!
