Butter
I can't remember which thread where we were discussing the price of butter, but I wanted to pass this on, in case it is of help to anyone.
ASDA, this am, discount offer:
Lurpak unsalted, and Lurpak slightly salted
That's the regular butter, not the spreadable blends
£2.25 per 250g
(had bee £2.60 last week in both ASDA and Tesco)
spreadable is on offer for even less at Mo's.

Wasn't it the Heinz thread?

That does sound likely. Still never mind. I just thought if any WW members are looking at expensive butter, they might like to know.

I still have a Lurpak butter dish, probably only worth £9, I also have a toast rack to match. Both tucked away in a cupboard somewhere. The sale of which, will probably buy me a couple of blocks of Lurpak butter.

Call it what you want, it's bloody expensive in any dialect.
