Never mind,
As soon as Putin is in charge,
There will be 'official' versions of everything
And death or incarceration for anyone who promotes an alternative

The foul and the pussy-grabber
Went to steal
The precious free folk's vote
They took some money
From Vlad the Bad
and rammed lies down your throat.........

Ena... Putin will never be in charge.... It will not happen. We always have a sub primed and waiting... Should he let fly... He's history... Never mind what USA have in store for him.

How is a sub going to stop him interfering with elections and getting his puppets in place?

Marine le Pen (had to pulp her election leaflets showing her cosying up to Putin), is pro Putin, openly financed by him_ says she will pull France from NATO command structure. I don't think she will get in, but she is in contention!

Trump his own security service said there was interference in election, but he chose to believe Putin over their intel.

UK: I tried to read the Intelligence and Security Committee of Parliament -Russia security report. It is too redacted to be readable! but the footnotes are telling: "55 We note that the DCMS Select Committee has called on the Government to launch an independent investigation into foreign
influence, disinformation, funding, voter manipulation and the sharing of data in relation to the Scottish independence
referendum, the EU referendum and the 2017 General Election. If the Government were to take up this recommendation for a
wider investigation, the assessment we recommend should take place could feed into it (DCMS Select Committee, Disinformation
and ‘Fake News’, HC 1791, 18 February 2019, recommendation 39)."

As if Boris would go for that. Thank goodness, he has woken up since the invasion of Ukraine.

Let's hope Zelensky manages to stop him.

Bring on the Jumblies.

We should leave any military dealing with Russia to the USA as like them, they are a Superpower with weapons far more deadly than what we have with the likes of Polaris and trident.

Even In the sixties, I was working for De Havilland, building missiles which were out of date as they were being built and which were then stored at an old mill in Bolton and ended up being sold to Saudi Arabia.

Gone are the days of our country sorting out dictators like Putin in countries like Russia with military action.

Its 2022, not 1939!

If Trump gets in again, you might not have America to protect you. John Bolton, his former security adviser says Trump intended to trash NATO, and would if re-elected.

You may well want to leave Putin alone. That is not the pertinent question. Is Putin going to leave you alone?

What happened to you in Morrisons could have been a distraction theft attempt, because thieves use kids, and whilst you are distracted by hating the fat, black lady, an accomplice could be off with your purse.

TTS I saw this play out in what was LLOYDS chemist near the park a couple of years ago. Two women "Travelers" came in with three kids The kids were causing mayhem and while the staff were trying to cope with them I saw the two women snatch a a few boxes of Perfume and run off. The staff immediately got onto the HOT LINE phone, to warn the other shops in Wigan to look out for them.
And now there are people trying to decriminalise Shop Lifting?
The world's gone mad...I've said for ages that in a few years time there will be no such a thing as CRIME It will be put down to people who have "Lost their way in society"

TTS: Did you read that article today about that 80 something year old woman who was followed out of a Tesco store and when she put her trolley back in the bay, which was only yards away, a man asked her for directions. When she checked her bank online later, she found £1,000 (by way of 4 x £250) had been taken out of her account. CCTV in Tesco showed she'd been followed round the store by 3 men. When she put her trolley away, one of them had taken her card out of her handbag, she hadn't locked the car, it was only steps away. She didn't notice anything strange when she got in the car because they only took her card. When she was paying at the till, one of the men was standing behind her and they reckon that's how they got her pin.

Strange why her bank didn't query the withdrawals. Surely 4 £250 transactions an a few minutes should ring Alarm bells?

Doesn't sound true, for a start how can anyone stand so close at the till, and how did they find her card so quick, and also as admin said, 4 £250 drawn out is very unusual.

Why didn’t she swipe, surely her shopping wasn’t over the limit? I am over eighty but when I need to draw cash from an ATM I always do it before I enter the shop in the hope anyone watching will assume most of it will be spent.

On about that Lloyds chemist near the park, a while back it had some sort of role as a place where methadone was prescribed for drug addicts, and I used to see some really dodgy types waiting outside of it.

On about the 4 x £250 withdrawals, it might have been done over 4 days.

admin: I think what happened was she didn't look at her account for a couple of days then she alerted the police immediately. It was after the police had been alerted that 2 more went.

Domin0: Drawing that amount over a few days isn't unusual. I've just bought a new boiler and paid cash (to avoid the VAT) and drew £1500 out over 3 weeks.
I think it is plausible. These 3 were watching her, they'd know exactly where she'd put her card, she was distracted in the trolley bay. These people are professionals, they know what figures they're putting in a card reader.

I always use 2 hands when I'm putting my pin in so it's covered and my missus always wears a back pack when she shops so her bag is always on her.

Can you blame people when VAT is 20%.

How many of those who can afford paying it are also doing it!

And some think it is fantastic to have a cashless society!

OC: They want a cashless society because they think, everyone will pay the tax and there'll be no money laundering. I wouldn't mind, but if you look at some of these takeaways it says in the window "cash only".

Might also be because some of those working in takeaways and on taxi's who are getting state benefits in their own town, are working in another town and being paid cash in hand.

Apparently, happening a lot around the country, including Wigan.
